Our wonderful cast of vendors do a lot of work to ensure we have a vibrant farmers market filled with great products and delicious, locally produced food. Vendor Appreciation Day is your chance to show your favorite farmers market vendors how much you value their efforts! During this special event, we encourage customers to consider doing the following:

1. Say thanks – Say thanks to the vendors you shop with the most.

2. Get a gift – Bring a special gift that your favorite vendors would enjoy

3. Spread the word – Tell your friends and family about your favorite vendors

4. Write a card – We will have a card-making station at the market for kids and adults!

The Adams County Office for Aging will be on-site at the Adams County Farmers Market to distribute Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) checks to qualifying senior citizens. Don’t forget, the Adams County Farmers Market will double the value of senior FMNP checks!

The Adams County Farmers Market is excited to announce the start of the 2022 farmers market season on Saturday, April 23rd! We will be in the SAME LOCATION this year, 108 North Stratton Street in Gettysburg. Based on an enormous amount of vendor and customer support, we are extending our regular market season and starting 3 weeks early this year. We are excited to offer the Gettysburg community more weeks to shop local and support their favorite farmers market vendors!
