Become a Vendor

Applying is easy!  First read our ACFMA 2018 Market Rules & Regulations and then complete the below application or print and mail it in: ACFMA 2018 Application Form. Once accepted, the Market Manager will confirm your vendor fee and payment date.  If using the online form, a copy of your application will be e-mailed to you.

Important Deadlines:

  • Applications are due: March 31, 2018
  • Vendor acceptance notifications are made by: April 10, 2018 via email notification.
  • Fees, certificates and any additional required paperwork is due by: April 15, 2018
