VENDOR FEES

In order to participate at the Adams County Farmers Market, approved vendors are expected to pay a fee. The vendor fee is determined in part by the amount of canopy spaces that the vendor wishes to reserve for the market season. Vendor fees are understood to be non-refundable once the invoice has been paid. A single 10x10ft canopy space begins at $250 and increases in cost as more spaces are requested. The total costs for a Full Season Vendor (approximately 26 weeks) can be seen in the diagram below.

Full Season Vendor fee: See below.
Half Season Vendor fee: 75% of the listed Full Season fee
Guest Vendor fee: $30/day for one 10’x 10’ space. Vendors who have never participated with ACFM before may have their first day’s Guest Vendor fee waived. (Please note the Guest Vendor Fee waiver is only applicable to Guest Vendors who sign up for 1< market attendance, and the waiver is not applicable to Guest Vendors for special events.)

The Adams County Farmers Market does not require vendors to pay a percentage of sales as a part of our vendor fee structure.

However, the Adams County Farmers Market facilitates a high volume of food assistance and shopping incentive programs which help increase vendor sales by tens of thousands of dollars per year. The market does deduct a 5% administration fee for these token/voucher programs. You can learn more about our market’s various food assistance and shopping incentive programs HERE.

New Vendor Finders Fee: Existing vendors are encouraged to promote participation from new vendors at our market by referring them to us. A $50 “finders fee” will be issued to any existing ACFM vendor who refers a new vendor to our market. In order to receive the finders fee, the new applicant must be a vendor who has never participated at ACFM in any capacity before, and must apply as a Full Season Vendor. The new vendor must ultimately be accepted by ACFM for the finders fee to be issued.
