Hidden Acres Farm Bakery is a state-inspected, licensed kitchen located in the heart of Adam's County, Pennsylvania. The bakery is in the summer kitchen of a historic brick farmhouse that dates back to the civil war era. Everything is made from scratch, we never use mixes. Most baked goods are made from old family recipes and local, organic ingredients are used whenever possible. Find us and our products at local farmers markets including the Fridays Farm Fresh Market at The Outlet Shoppes at Gettysburg and the New Oxford Farmers’ Market. Hidden Acres Farm Bakery is also equipped to take special orders to meet your needs.

Carol Owen is the owner and head baker of Hidden Acres Farm Bakery. She has been selling baked goods for 35 years. Her specialties include coconut cake, chocolate-peanut butter cake, fresh fruit pies and shoo-fly pies and more every week. This year she will also be featuring gourmet cupcakes and homemade granola.
