All vendors must add “Adams County Farmers Market Association” as an additional insured on their liability insurance policies, and the physical location of the farmers market must be included.
We have partnered with the nationally recognized Food Liability Insurance Program (FLIP) to assist farmers market vendors in attaining necessary liability insurance policies, which are required for most vendors to participate. Vendors at the Adams County Farmers Market are not required to carry an insurance policy specifically through FLIP, but utilizing this resource does provide the following benefits:
